Amalthea is a satellite of Jupiter, orbiting at a distance of approximately 181,000 miles from the planet. It's a captured asteroid in a magnificent position to view one of the most awesome sights in the solar system; with Jupiter overhead taking up much of its sky, it also offers a view of the discs of all four Galilean moons.

Inspired by an essay by Asimov, this is my first EP of space music. There will be more to come. Thank you for listening, and I hope you enjoy!
